Linak large sit/stand electric desk currently not working but has worked reliably for 6+ years. Have tried re-setting but stops working pretty quickly. See attached photos for make/model details. Would like to repair rather than replace if possible.

I have a mirror measuring 100cm high x 80cm wide hanging on the wall in my ensuite (photo attached) I would like this mirror removed (I think it’s glued to the wall) and I would like a mirrored cabinet measuring 80cm wide x 95cm tall installed 5cm higher than current mirror (so the top of the mirrored cabinet will be at the same level as previous mirror) - the cabinet is from IKEA. As it is in a bathroom and attached to a wall tiles the mirror needs to be removed carefully. Please let me know in your comments if you are also able to remove and dispose of the current mirror.

Hello! I am moving into an apartment and need some plumbing work done. 1. The left side of the kitchen sink is draining water even when the plug is in. I’ve tried changing the plug, even bought a new plug but same problem. The right side is fine. The internet tells me I need a plumber :) 2. I want to change the shower fixture in my ensuite. It currently has just a shower head that comes out of the wall. I want to change it to a shower head that also has a hand held shower with a diverter. I need your help to tell me which fixtures to buy and then to please install them for me. I added a (very bad!) photo of the current shower head.

Hello! I am moving into a new apartment and need a few handyman/woman/person tasks done! 1. The door hinges in my tv unit need adjusting as the four doors won’t close properly 2. The two corner cupboards in the kitchen have a hinge that needs adjusting as the corner door closes but doesn’t sit flush 3. Put up two marble shelves (they have 2 brackets each) on the wall 4. Hang a round mirror on the wall above a bed head 5. One of the kitchen cupboards needs one of those push to open button thingys put into the frame so I can push the door to open it. 6. Put up 3 hidden bracket shelves in the laundry (they are small shelves and light weight) 7. Hang a large mirror in the hallway I estimate this is maybe 1 - 1.5 hours of work. Thank you

We started building a flat pack garden shed. Stuck on instructions, and fitting parts. Need help from someone who has built sheds before.

Light fitting has worn down screws and thread sockets and hinge. Arms of light have come down and need to be lifted and secured. Needs potential weld or soldering.

Issue: My air conditioner is either leaking, or causing some condensation / moisture to pool around a nearby vent. This is causing a small pool of water to appear on the floor from the vent next to the fridge as shown in the photo. The paint around the vent is also showing signs of pooling, too. Quote: I want someone to: 1. Give me an assessment / diagnosis on the issue. Aim is to determine if it's a leak, condensation, or similar. From there, depending on the issue: 2A. If a leak: Fix the leak 2B. If condensation: Install a barrier or some sort of material in the ceiling to stop the condensation. 3. Touch up the paint around the vent to remove the discolouring Access: As you can see in the photos, the vent is up high on the ceiling, approx 3.5M high. So access via a tall ladder is critical. Expertise: I am looking for someone certified in air conditioner units or similar to complete this task.

I have purchased a wire plant wall trainer from bunnings though more wire maybe required. This is a quick and simple job for experienced landscaper. You should have experience with these types of installations and have photos you can provide to demonstrate your work.

Hello, I need a few random items done completed around my apartment: I need one leg of a dresser fixed. A couple of new and larger screws will likely be required that I don’t have. I have two new hooks that need to be installed onto the back of two doors. This will require a drill, but should be simple. I have all the required parts. Unscrew an extremely tight laundry/washing machine fixture so that I can clean out the hose. Then reattach. And I also need to borrow a ladder at the same time so that I can hang some curtains myself. I just don’t have access to a ladder at the moment. Thank you! Reagan.

I need 2 blinds installed. I ordered them from DIY blinds but could not install myself. Both are 2.5 long. One will be fitted to wall and the other will be fitted to ceiling.

(1)Remove two or three planks on an out door deck. Replace or repair the strut. Replace with original planks. (2) Attach a wood beam behind a gate to prevent it from opening.
