Find an experienced handyman in Heidelberg

Job for a handyman or a furniture repairer. I just purchased a metal base tulip table that is unstable as the bottom isn't secured to the stem and so the tabletop spins around like a lazy Susan. I'd like to get a quote for a quick easy fix that will last a while. Please see photos below for details. I tried to fix the issue with plumbing tape but the idea hasn't worked :) the metal stem has two small holes that go nowhere but that may be a good starting point.

I wrote separately but I'm unclear if that info attached to my post. The shed is from Temple and Webster's and is 8feet by 6 feet roughly from my memory. I have pictures to place on the wall and other general tasks that I can't do because I physically can not lift items and exert myself too much but I am of handymsn skills. I can not lift. I'm forbidden to go on a ladder. The anaesthetic affected my kidneys and if I caught any infection it would be life threatening. That's why if we are inside I would like to wear masks. I can not let fresh air into the building and open windows and doors. I can pay 60 per hr for handyman work but more for assistance to tasks I am participating in. And price has a weekday and weekend rate that's quite different. I quoted assuming it takes the day. My day starts 2pm or 5pm depending on my personal appointments with other people. I need a decent person to attend who is clear about who they are and attached to abn. This is a taxed job.

I hope to find a handyman who’s done this before! I’ve upgraded my racing rig, however the holes to secure the direct drive steering wheel is not compatible with the metal plate that the racing rig has. It seems that what is required is additional holes drilled in order to secure it tightly. While you’re here, I might get some advice on how to secure the pedals too! I am looking for a professional to remove and replace the fly wire on my aluminium front door and three surrounding panels. Update door handles and strike plate for 5 doors. Will require to fill or patch any hole size differences. See pictures for the current handles and the new ones to be replaced. Doors need to be ready for painters after being filled if any.

There are holes on the exterior of the house, which require to be closed. These could potentially be closed by a variety of measures, keen to get this done by someone with experience that may prevent this from occuring in the future.

Remote controlled window. The screws have fallen out and the black bar mechanism juts out whenever we open and close it. Looking for someone to fix it. We have kept the screws and think it’s just a matter of screwing them back into the black mechanism. Needs a high ladder. Would also love for someone to install roller blinds over that window if possible.
