List of jobs below: - putting no more gaps filler into cracks - using silicone sealant around shower - using multi-purpose filler around gaps prior to a carpenter coming in to install cornices and door trim - removing a small amount of tiling from the walls - installing a small shelf on the outside wall - patching small holes around the house using materials that are on site - installing some outside lights to an awning - some other small handyman tasks Will likely require 5 hours on site but if longer required, can pay an hourly rate beyond that

I need someone to reattach the wall mount to 2 identical picture frames (I have wall mount and screws to attach), mount the pictures the wall (please bring own screws, pictures weigh about 3.6kg each) and fix damage to skirting board (I have paint but need caulk and tools)

I need to permanently mount a mirror to my wall. The mirror is 1.5x2m I would like the mirror to be hung higher than floor height if possible. However, since the backing is a thin mdf and it doesn’t have any hanging arrangements, it might have to be at floor height and fixed to the wall

Back door to be hung. Sliding door needs handle removed and knob put in to be a swing door. Old window approx 50x80 to be inserted in cavity.

Fastening to roof battens

I have a 55’ TV needs to be in a case/ behind a screen to protect it from being pulled over/ smashed. Needs to have access to a power point. Case can be plastic so screen can be seen and plastic can be cleaned. Attaching a picture of where the TV is going and an example of a similar one we have seen built. Mould in key areas across a 2 bedroom house - mostly bathroom, kitchen and hallways. 1. Set up commercial air scrubbers ( Air Filtration Devices ) to the property to capture airborne contaminants and to provide a safer working environment. These are to be provided by the Airtasker. 2. Hepa vacuum the affected surfaces to remove excess surface spores. 3. Apply an anti-microbial chemical to the affected surfaces to kill the mould at the spore then damp wipe with a micro fibre cloth to remove surface mould spores. 4. Clean and sanitise the existing air con split system unit 5. Replace the fan in the bathroom with a more powerful one - may need help with selection via online bunnings link. I'll purchase and send to address for the day.
