Hepa vacuum the affected surfaces to remove excess surface spores. 3. Apply an anti-microbial chemical to the affected surfaces to kill the mould at the spore then damp wipe with a micro fibre cloth to remove surface mould spores. 4. Clean and sanitise the existing air con split system unit 5. Replace the fan in the bathroom with a more powerful one - may need help with selection via online bunnings link. I'll purchase and send to address for the day.
