We have 2x sump pumps under the house - one for grey water and one for storm water. They haven't been serviced in a few years so want someone to come out, check they are operating properly, clean out etc (or whatever is required) to ensure they continue to operate. Both seem to be working perfectly right now.

We have 2 sump pumps in our basement / laundry area under the house and they haven't been maintained in a couple of years. They both have alarms and one of the alarm seems to be constantly going off whenever we switch it on, so there seems to be an issue with the trigger which detects the water level

Split system Air con smells awful. Ive cleaned the filter & sprayed the coil with tea tree. Each time i use it it smells as soon as i turn it on, especially when its recycling the air once its reached temperature. Its in a clinic environment so the area is dust free and clean. The unit is 2yrs old. I run the fan for 90min after each use to dry it out but it doesnt help with the smell.

Dishwasher has been in use for 4 years - works well. NEFF brand. Just needs some maintenance e.g clean out the drainage etc.

Gree split type AC is seldom used and no issues. Fisher & Paykel dishdrawer is half the size of normal dishwashers also works well but has gotten a bit noisy and doesn’t drain fully after every wash. Drain pump probably needs to be cleared. I live in an apartment with lifts and ample street parking across the street from Rhodes Central. - Due date: Flexible
