Hi, I have a lounge that is still under warranty. The manufacturer is willing to fix the cusions under warranty but thought might be easier and a faster repair through here

Need a few odd jobs to be completed by a handyman: - 3 minor cracks in the wall. Need to be fixed and painted (just where the cracks are not the whole wall. I have the paint) - TV antenna wall plate has fallen off. Needs to be put back on - Roof tile is loose and has caused a small leak in garage. Need that fixed. This has also caused a little bit of mould in the garage ceiling which will need to be cleaned

Currently have metal poles that are holding, but the netting has failed. After some new wood or existing metal to hold up vine and possibly top part on 45angle.

I have an attic already and would need help with installing an attic ladder. My plan is to buy one from Bunnings but if you have other options, I’m happy to look at

We've got a large wall mount rangehood to install in the kitchen. Ceiling's wooden at a decent incline - will need to rout through to access the roof. Roof is terracotta. Stud in the plaster wall to secure the rangehood brace but happy to install a lintel for added security/strength. Will be there to provide a pair of hands to assist. Cowl and ducting also supplied.
