Sealant - around architraves and skirting and doors, probably a run of silicon in many areas including all around showers, shower base, especially round the skirtings in the toilets, across bench tops, vanities, vanity tops, tile splashbacks, around sink and tiles. 3. Re-Painting - the sill of the laundry door and the sill of the dining room sliding door. The architrave and window frame around the laundry trough, and the architrave and window frame at the kitchen need to be painted in a high-gloss paint. If you wanna choose 1 or 2 of the items, maybe you specialize in an area, let me know. Availability - weekends. -
