We don’t have any extra material, so you would need to attend the property to assess the damage / confirm the quote, match the scotia as best you can and then remove / replace. Subject to your ability to match the boards, you could either replace just the length of the damaged area or the entire affected room. Impacted areas confined to the small kitchen (less than 2m square), a portion of the hallway and a portion of the living room. Damage caused by water / rough vacuuming. Given you’d need to attend and confirm the quote, the price I’ve indicated is $50/hr for three hours, plus materials (subject to what you’re able to source / your advice for matching). Can reach out to owners to confirm supplier but would like to avoid doing so if at all possible.

Relocate powerpoint a few cm's higher than current position, so that it is above the stone splashback and in line with light switch. I might even buy a new casing/plugpoint for you to use, so you can happily damage the existing plugpoint when removing it. Need to seal any portion where the old casing was that leaves electrical exposed, to keep it waterproof as it is outdoors

The lamp in our kitchen just fell off and it has to do with the plastic expansion tube that was put in the first place (too small for the screw). Requires a new tube to put it back in place. You might probably need to drill a new hole in gyprock ceiling.

Paint gyprock around skylight - white paint, small area (equipment not supplied).

Re-paint the outside of 3x aluminium windows - likely needs to be spray painted. Also have one metal security door that requires repainting (both sides). Price excludes cost of goods.
