Likely requires new trimming with mortar mix/polyfiller/grout or expanding foam with new screws once hardened. Also want to allow for future movement on a clay soil 100 year old house. We have a power point which has come away from the wall. We need it repaired so it's back in the wall. The power still works we just need the the power point secured and the wall repaired a bit. We don't need it painted just secured and patched etc.

We want to install a remote operated automatic gate at the front of our house. Ideally Bifold gate with motor attaached to the door so it doesn't take extra space. Or a sliding door. If it can curve into a back wall, would be best. If not, open on a hinge. Since its a small driveway, i would hope you can do this without taking too much space from the driveway. You would be expected to supply and install the gate. Build the side fence to accompany the gate for the entire entrance is blocked. Note: Electric connection not available so needs to be brought from the house (approx 20 ft).
