The section where my front gate locks and the latch connects has come loose and needs replacing or repairing

The fabric backing of the sliding door needs to be re-stapled.

Looking for a local handy man or carpenter that can take off a door and re install. The door and locks are new but due to movement within an old house the door isn’t closing. Likely requires new trimming with mortar mix/polyfiller/grout or expanding foam with new screws once hardened. Also want to allow for future movement on a clay soil 100 year old house. Open to suggestions, but don’t wont to spend a fortune. Based in Leichhardt.

I am fitting out a brand new 3 level, 19 room coliving property, and need quotes on installing a TV, fridge and microwave (supplied) in each room (19 total). The task will be to move the appliances to each room (plan attached) and install. Wall mounted TVs will have wiring at the correct height. Need to install supplied bracket and mount TV. Max TV size 40 inches. Packaging to be removed. Fridges and microwave ovens will need to be moved into each room, unpacked and installed in position, and packaging removed from property. Installer must have insurance.

We have a power point which has come away from the wall. We need it repaired so it's back in the wall. The power still works we just need the the power point secured and the wall repaired a bit. We don't need it painted just secured and patched etc.

We want to install a remote operated automatic gate at the front of our house. Ideally Bifold gate with motor attaached to the door so it doesn't take extra space. Or a sliding door. If it can curve into a back wall, would be best. If not, open on a hinge. Since its a small driveway, i would hope you can do this without taking too much space from the driveway. You would be expected to supply and install the gate. Build the side fence to accompany the gate for the entire entrance is blocked. Note: Electric connection not available so needs to be brought from the house (approx 20 ft).

I need someone to fix the drill holes I made and re-drill accurate and level holes to install my doorbell bracket. Will need 4x of those rubber things that hold screws as well - I think I ruined the ones I have.

We are moving out of our rental and our cat has damaged the carpet in two patches. One is in the corner of a door frame, approx 10x10cm in size where the carpet has been ripped up. The other is on the lip of a stair where it has been scratched at but not completely ripped up. Approx 15cm in length The owner says he would like both patches repaired. We need it done on Tuesday 11 January, or potentially Wednesday 12 January (am). Photos to come tomorrow morning

We are replacing an old 2pc bathroom cabinet with a new 1pc bought from Bunnings onto a tiled bathroom wall. The unit we bought is mdf? with 3 mirrored doors we have removed, the weight of the whole cabinet incl doors is ~ 40kg according to the packaging. It is the same 1200mm wide as previous but not as tall so we need the bottom of the cabinet to be higher than existing. There needs to be a cutout for an existing double power outlet. We have already removed the left 1/2 of the existing cabinet. Need a pro to install new properly and safely.

We have a cavity slider door (timber) for the bathroom which is not sliding properly. The runners are not rolling properly so the door is difficult to slide and gets stuck regularly.

A guest pulled on my toilet roll holder and pulled it out. Need to have it reinstalled.

The frame holding our attic ladder into the ceiling pulled away on one side. The overall ladder and frame are still attached; but I am not folding it up into the ceiling in case the whole thing comes down. Need urgent repair today if possible; otherwise will wait as we have other commitments this weekend

We have purchased a new Bathroom Vanity Cabinet Mirror - we need someone to install it to a tiled bathroom wall (see photos - new circle mirror cabinet) We currently have an old cabinet on wall but this will be removed by us in preparation (see photo of current rectangle cabinet) will be removed We have unlimited - no timed parking outside our house (no meters)

My silver bullet hair straightener only works when I put the wire on a certain angle near the straightener end. Pretty sure it’s a wiring issue.
