Find an experienced handyman in Lewisham NSW

I have 5 pictures ranging from 1m x 1.5m to 65cm x 65cm which I want hung on the wall. They are all stretched canvas so not too heavy but still need proper securing. The largest one is quite heavy. Also 2 floating shelves, 1 x 45cm and 1 x 25cm to be hung in the laundry - not onto tiles.

My kitchen sink drain and tailpipe are misaligned, leaving a small gap and causing a leak whenever the tap is running.
