Need help to 1. Install new washing line to brick wall (already threaded) 2. Patch up some plaster and repaint from recent rangehood installation 3. Replace broken soap holder in shower with new tile soap holder Soap holder and washing line provided. Will need a good drill for washing line.

The bed frame has broken

It's a stain on the ceiling (50×50 cm) in the living room. We thing is a leak from plumbing. Needs to be diagnosed to find out the cause and problem needs to be fixed. It might need a few hours to figure out the issue and fix it. We are willing to pay upto $400 for 4 hours of work.

Repair a damaged terrazzo step.

I need a Hartman pet door installed for our balcony door. This also has an extension as the door is rather tall. Looking for someone who has done this before or is super comfortable with working this out. I’m just not handy enough to do it

I was installing a safety gate with adhesive strips and managed to damage a small section of inner wall (see pics) Would like the wall cleaned up and repainted. I’m eventually planning further interior painting so this does not need to be a perfect job, just hide the damage. Send me your recommendations when replying. While you’re here you can help by finishing the gate installation. I was using the adhesive strip option but I think drilling will be better.

Repair damaged terrazzo step.

I need to reprogramme the codes for my 2014 VW Jetta due to a replacement of the clock spring. There isn't anything major going on code wise. Just a few things like the wipers operate upon startup and the side mirrors are malfunctioning and I get an airbag fault and a few other things etc. I need this to be done this weekend sometime.
