It's a stain on the ceiling (50×50 cm) in the living room. We thing is a leak from plumbing. Needs to be diagnosed to find out the cause and problem needs to be fixed. It might need a few hours to figure out the issue and fix it. We are willing to pay upto $400 for 4 hours of work.

I was installing a safety gate with adhesive strips and managed to damage a small section of inner wall (see pics) Would like the wall cleaned up and repainted. I’m eventually planning further interior painting so this does not need to be a perfect job, just hide the damage. Send me your recommendations when replying.
