Fixing aldi garden hose to brick wall needs 12mm masonry drill bit

This old concrete base is too big and heavy to move and I want to convert it into a garden bed. I need someone with the equipment to come and drill drainage holes through the concrete. I'm not particularly fussed if the base gets cracked or damaged in the process (as long as my house doesn't). The concrete is at least an inch thick. There is a power outlet with three metres. I expect holes between 1 and 2 cm in diameter and approximate 12-16 holes will need drilling.

Install 2x ceiling fans with light. Fans are DC powered. They will replace the existing ceiling light fixture. Fans will be controlled via remote control. Fans will be installed on existing ceiling rose. Install on the weekends only.
