I need to replace an old rangehood. The old unit is removed and all ducting and electrical is in place. I need a cut out in a new shelf (self-supplied) for the new rangehood, removeable of a screwed in shelf from the existing cabinet and a new shelf cut (materials supplied) and installed higher up before reinstalling the cabinet, along with some minor trim adjustments.

There is a metal piece that usually sits at the top corner just below the roof at the back of the house. It holds a cord which I think ties up some piped cables and keeps them together. The cables go down from there to the granny flat. It has come off and as a result the cables are loose and about to be damaged by wind etc. the metal piece needs to be fastened back on with the cord and cables. We want it to be done asap before the cables are damaged. Need to be able to get up high- about 9m up. The photos show the cables which are now loose and look like they may get damaged

I need them lowered to a specific height so that they match how they originally looked, right down to reattaching the rubber stops underneath. It’s crucial that each stool ends up perfectly level and exactly the same size, so I’m looking for someone with a careful eye and solid experience. The stools are designer pieces, so I really can’t have them damaged—precision and attention to detail are key. I’d also like the area cleaned up and all offcuts or waste material taken away when you’re finished. I've got a music studio in a granny flat in the garden, from my tests I've found that the noise is exclusive to the granny flat. I believe the interference is coming from a factory behind the house and only happens when I can hear a loud machine running there.

Rehang/fix wooden shelf, with hidden hardware, in a cement wall. Cant get the hardware to bite, so hangs wonky. I also have a second shelf (the same, but smaller) which needs hanging above it. Brand: Florabelle Coolum Wall Shelf (110cm and 70cm)
