We are looking for an experienced and reliable professional to inspect and repair cracks in our roof, visible from inside the house. Most of the damage is located at the back of the house, around the living area and adjoining rooms. Videos of the damage attached in the post. We also have the cornice on the kitchen roof starting to show some gaps and would love to fix those. Would be good to have: • Initial inspection of the roof to assess the damage. • Complete repair and patch-up work to fix the cracks and make it look good. ( without looking like patch : so would need to be painted to blend in ) • Ability to identify the cause of the issue. • Confirmation of whether your work comes with a warranty to prevent future occurrences. • Experience with similar roof repair jobs. Love to hear what you think would be the reason for it. We would like this job done as soon as possible. Best if you can work on weekends.
