Hi all, I have 3 holes on my double kick pedal I seem to have stripped. The screws and holes are quite small (6mm diameter)and will require both hole and screws to be re-threaded. Picture isn't my pedal but the same as I have. Mine will have 2x on the location circled. And one more on the shaft leading to the second pedal.

Concrete was laid in 2003. Its was called at the time slatecrete. Other then under the verendah, it seems to have lost its colour. Also there are cracks around the pool area.

The main door is closed but unable to lock it. It seems the doors has fall down a little bit. The gate is broken in one of the pivots and also needs adjustments and probably concreting the pillar.
