Concrete was laid in 2003. Its was called at the time slatecrete. Other then under the verendah, it seems to have lost its colour. Also there are cracks around the pool area.

The main door is closed but unable to lock it. It seems the doors has fall down a little bit. The gate is broken in one of the pivots and also needs adjustments and probably concreting the pillar. Issues needing rectification are as follows: - Toilet button to flush is not working properly. May require adjusting or new parts. - shower leaking. Base requires to existing caulking to be removed and new caulking to be applied. - loose fittings require tensioning such as toilet roll holders and power points. - Minor landscaping to the rear yards. - Shower screen in other bathroom has a faulty sliding door. This is important. We require someone who knows how the function of the sliding door system works. - Damaged timber removed from under the verandah and placed on the nature strip.
