The gate door is quite large and heavy. It is very difficult to open and close as it no longer is seated correctly. The gate is tilted away from the top hinge (see photos). It may need new hinges or something so it fits properly. The gate is wood on a metal frame and is 92cm wide by 220 cm tall.

Metal frame double gate needs 2 bolts one in the middle and one at the top with a bottom drop bolt installed.

Top hinged side corners of bathroom vanity doors have swollen up and have been damaged when closing.

I have the Audeze EL-8 studio headphones that need repairing. The cables and signal audio are working fine. There is a piece near the top that cracked and fell off, as well as the ear cones that are falling off. It should be a pretty simply repair, no wiring required.

One piece of wall panel in a granny flat needs fixing

As part of renovations to our house we are updating all the door handles on our interior doors to replace the old ones as pictured (which don't go with the renovations/new wall colors). We have purchased everything needed - brand new doorhandles (NEWBNAG Privacy Interior Door Handles) - but need someone to install them all. This includes : - Remove previous door handles/latches/strike plates (should be quick). - Install new Door Handles - including replacing the Adjustable Latches and strike plates with the ones with new door handle kits. - No special locksmith/barrel changing needed - these are simple privacy locks without keys. - In a couple of cases mechanism may need to be reversed (so privacy latch is on correct side - these support this). - Additional Note: Previous door handles all working fine - so nothing needs to be 'repaired'. The doors (I have included picture without door handle, showing latch & strike plate) already have all the pre-made holes suitable for 60mm latch mechanism (that new one uses) so job is just straight up replacement everywhere. We also likely want more handyman work done in future too, so opportunity for more ongoing work for someone with reasonable hourly rate.
