Two small holes cut in gyprock need to be patched up. 1. 30mm x 30mm 2. 200mm x 100mm

Looking for someone to help fix a floor lamp. The screw section isn’t sitting correctly, so the pieces won’t screw in properly. I’ve tried superglue, but it didn’t hold. It may need soldering or another type of fix. If you have experience with lamp repairs or a creative solution, please get in touch!

The wooden frame of a sash window in our old terrace house is damp/water-damaged and needs repairs or replacing in order to keep the glass window pane securely in place. I'm not sure whether the whole frame will need replacing or whether it might be repaired in sections – I'd appreciate an experienced carpenter's advice on this. Preference given to someone experienced in repairing sash or other timber windows. I understand that any quote may need to be an estimate until you've assessed the actual work required in person. someone broke into my apartment and took off the screen door off the hinges, I need to get it fixed by the end of this week.

I need to hang picture rails at top of exposed concrete concave (and two convex) walls; 20m+ with fixture every 20cm, but due to curvature spacing will change slightly. Wall is carrying exposed concrete

I’ve bought a lamp overseas (110 power) and it’s quite fatigued anyway so need it redone to suit being a lamp here.

I need help with hanging a blind in my bedroom....drilling into a metal lintel.

I have a few things I would love a hand with, ideally someone who can do it all and also bring the required supplies, I have written at the end what I assume those are and will obviously cover the cost. Hanging of some paintings 1 x really large canvas (about 1m x 1.5m) inside 2 x medium canvas (about 1m x 1m each) outside Repair outside cupboard - install chip rock wall to brick wall (new material needed) or alternatively shelves can go straight into brick if possible - reinstall exisiting shelves that were removed for water pipe repair work Cover Slanted Gap under driveway gate - build removable under sliding fence blocker on uneven slope, needs to be easily moved for use of gate Ceiling Patches - there is already putty on a few holes from draining out water, needs sanding and patch painting (already have paint, putty but not good sanding stuff). Wall patch - roughly 15cm x 15cm hole to be patched around a gas connection Ceiling Block and Paint - block water stain marks to treat - paint ceiling (small study only, paint provided) Assumption of materials needed - your own general tools - picture wire to hang paintings - sanding paper /block - chip rock and liquid nails - actual nails or screws - treated wood (for under gate) - your own tools I know it’s a random list of things so if you can’t do all that’s ok too! if it’s hard to quote without seeing the space we can just agree on price for straight forward items eg hang painting and then u can review the other tasks when your here and we can add new task for that. We are looking to install 8 hooks/pictures on brick rendered walls, as well as assistance installing blinds.

Fix 2 hinges. Might need to be reset. Screws long gone.

Door hinges have worn away and need to be replaced. Door is now hanging slightly loose at the top so it is catching and scraping on the frame when opened. Hinges will probably heed to be replaced and door re aligned and rehung.

Soft close drawer on bathroom vanity has broken. Drawer now stays open permanently. Need someone with experience in such a thing to fix it.

The bottom hinge on the bifold doors for our laundry has become unhinged before the wood has rotted from damp. We need the hinge to be moved further up.

We have a double storied wall, with a pitched ceiling that used to have a plant climbing up it - the plant was secured to the wall with screws. We’ve removed the plant and all the screws, but need to wall to be repaired and repainted. The screw holes need to be patched , and the whole wall needs to be cleaned, sanded and repainted. Notes: * At its highest, the wall is approx 8m * Paint will be supplied, but no other materials * We have an extendable ladder (7m at full extension approx)

The shelf under my sink is blocking me putting a regular sized bin underneath. It has been cut to size for the kitchen pipe to go through it but I can’t figure out how to either unscrew the pipe or cut the shelf away (without damaging the pipe)

Hi! I just bought a second hand 2019 Sony Bravia 75” tv and I had it on top of a skinny hall table. I’ve put it on the floor for now because it looked too precarious on the table, my cat was walking behind it and I was afraid of it falling over. I think it needs reinforcement from the wall behind. The wall is concrete. It’s an old terrace house in Newtown. I don’t have any of the walk mounting parts. I’d like it to still be on the table as well. Would love for it to be done this weekend :)
