Wall patch - roughly 15cm x 15cm hole to be patched around a gas connection Ceiling Block and Paint - block water stain marks to treat - paint ceiling (small study only, paint provided) Assumption of materials needed - your own general tools - picture wire to hang paintings - sanding paper /block - chip rock and liquid nails - actual nails or screws - treated wood (for under gate) - your own tools I know it’s a random list of things so if you can’t do all that’s ok too! if it’s hard to quote without seeing the space we can just agree on price for straight forward items eg hang painting and then u can review the other tasks when your here and we can add new task for that.
