The scope is - Supply and installation of the motor. - Program the existing remote. Lots of things that can be fixed in my unit including badly plastered walls and incomplete floor panels, plus bathroom cabinet and kitchen counters needing an uplift. Amount of work depends on cost.

Replace mouldy silicone under shower glass. Re-sillicone wall niche where some silicone has come away

Seat keeps falling down, both outside and inside seats. Bit of silicone on each side came out (in photo) and these are the screws that are used (in pic)

1. Long blockout roller blind bracket has come off wall. Part one of job is to get it back up there. Approx 3m so quite heavy on bracket. 2. Also it was rolling on own right down to bottom so that needs to be fixed too as part of the price.

Looking for a carpenter / handy person to remove and replace fence toppers. I have the new ones painted and ready to go. They are like for like. Will need a drill / screws and saw as the old ones look like they have been cut to fit. I have a ladder.

Need assistance to fix my sectional garage door. Located in Ormond / McKinnon. As per photos you can see the chain currently hangs down as it has snapped. Also the circular metal pulley wheel (see photo) that is used to keep the part of the metal rope in position has snapped. Motor still works fine though as do the other mechanical parts.
