We have a room that never got finished in our house. We would like to find someone who can help with finishing touches, plastering one wall (where the door and windows are) and hiding the cable pipes in the top corner that runs on two sides of the room. We were thinking gyprock channel to hide it, but open to ideas. Floors will need to be done too, but outside this scope.

We have a in built gas fireplace (A Regency Model). A draught from the roof space seems to be travelling around the fireplace, making the room hotter in summer and cooler in winter. We have had no satisfaction from the original installer as they say it's not an installation issue and refuse to come inspect. We are just keen for a fix. We would prefer to give the job to someone who has a background with these fireplaces.
