The double hung window is currently stuck as the cord has come off the runner. The plate which covers the runner has been painted over so is difficult to remove, but with the right tool is possible. The window cord is in good condition so just needs to be put back on the runner.

We have a pax ikea wardrobe already built. I need someone to fix the wardrobe to the wall with 2 or 3 angle brackets (or equivalent). I’ll need the brackets to also be supplied. As per photos due to the skirting boards the wardrobe sits 5.5cm or so from the wall so the bracket would need to be able to extend that distance. Also the wall is concrete so will need to use hammer drill or similar.

Blocked kitchen drain. It eventually drains slowly, but after using the tap for awhile, it filled the sink and stays blocked for awhile. A new U pipe was installed about 3 weeks ago. I think the issue is further down the sink.
