The ground-floor gutter at the corner of the townhouse has been dented and the adjacent downpipe was dislodged. I would like to have this repaired. This work may include: 1) Removing or straightening the damaged gutter section. 2) Replacing or re-securing the corner piece/end cap. 3) Realigning the gutter to the fascia and sealing any gaps. 4) Realigning and securing the downpipe. 5) Checking for any secondary damage and repairing if necessary.

PLUMBER NEEDED. Updated task details: Tried to fix this myself and absolutely hating life. I give up. It is glass of wine time. Bought a new set of taps and a tap repair kit from Bunnings. Bought a tap spanner set but can't get the recessed brass bit loosened *at all*. See 2nd last pic. Need someone to come and finish the job. You will likely need a very good tap spanner / tube spanner set to get this thing to budge. Or just have better muscles and more leverage than me, or be good at enchanting objects, I don't know. Located in Preston on High St - please help. I have work in hospitality all Friday and across the weekend and I desperately need to have the water back on in my apartment to do washing.

I need 3x fly screens installed (one I each of the windows in the attached picture. two approx 900x730mm and one 900x1040mm). I’ve got all the aluminium extrusions, flyscreen and bits and bobs for the job etc., and need someone to measure, cut them to size for a snug fit and and screw in the retaining clips. Doesn’t have to look super schwing just has to keep the bugs out. I’ve started to have a crack but realise that someone else is likely to do a more quality job faster than myself.

I have a wooden king sized bed frame that needs to be properly reassembled. I have removalists move it to my apartment about a year ago but I think that they incorrectly put it together, as two of the legs on one side are loose and on an angle and I am afraid of it it breaking. I need: - you to install a vent kit so my extractor fan doesn’t jump pump wet air into my roof. I’ve bought this just needs to be installed. - a review of my roof tiles (terracotta) replacing tiles where necessary. I think there is cracking on the edge/verge tiles (I think I’ve got the name right) and I know at least one tile doesn’t overlap properly allowing some water in. - the tiles temporarily removed and insulation put in the roof at a small amount of hard to reach places (4 spots). I replaced the insulation a year ago but I’ve just had a look with a thermal camera and there is a small amount of spots missing where near the edges of the house. I’ll have excess insulation in the roof already just needs to be put in the right spots. Could also be this is spots where water can get in. I live in a small 2 bed unit that is only one floor (no second floor). Just for awareness I also have solar panels. I’ve taken a photo of the spots below and the thermal image as well. Install 6 X door handles and strike plates. All handle sets supplied. 4 X passage (bedrooms and laundry) 2 X privacy (toilet and bathroom) All doors have had previous handles in them except for 1 new. All doors are photographed for your reference
