I have a wooden king sized bed frame that needs to be properly reassembled. I have removalists move it to my apartment about a year ago but I think that they incorrectly put it together, as two of the legs on one side are loose and on an angle and I am afraid of it it breaking. I need: - you to install a vent kit so my extractor fan doesn’t jump pump wet air into my roof. I’ve bought this just needs to be installed. - a review of my roof tiles (terracotta) replacing tiles where necessary. I think there is cracking on the edge/verge tiles (I think I’ve got the name right) and I know at least one tile doesn’t overlap properly allowing some water in. - the tiles temporarily removed and insulation put in the roof at a small amount of hard to reach places (4 spots). I replaced the insulation a year ago but I’ve just had a look with a thermal camera and there is a small amount of spots missing where near the edges of the house. I’ll have excess insulation in the roof already just needs to be put in the right spots. Could also be this is spots where water can get in. I live in a small 2 bed unit that is only one floor (no second floor). Just for awareness I also have solar panels. I’ve taken a photo of the spots below and the thermal image as well.
