Small garden gate, hinge bolts to a brick wall are broken/missing

We need someone to replace the hinges on our front gate. We have the new hinges but need the old ones removed and the new ones installed. The screws on the current hinges are old and won’t come off easily.

Need advice on what barn door to get and then installation

There are four holes in our wall from having fixed 2 pieces of furniture. These need to be fixed because we are moving out. Plus one spot where paint was removed from the wall by a sticky tape. See photos.

We had a new balcony put in around 6 years ago and we’ve had endless problems with it (including one day I fell through it!).
