Hi! My Honda HRN216 is 3 years old and in mostly fine nick, but needs a bit of maintenance and I’m wanting to have it done onsite: 1. Fix petrol leak (appears to be coming from carb - gasket may be shot but I’m not 100% sure) 2. Re-tune self propel choke (Self-propel is currently disengaged - choke needs adjusting) 3. Sharpen blades 4. Change oil (oil not provided) Hoping to get this done before Christmas. Plenty of space on our driveway for the work. Thanks, Jordan

We are looking for someone to do some maintenance on the outside of our double story townhouse. There are places where the wooden palings need to be hammered down, as well as a timber mouldings.. some may need replacing. Some area of the wooden floor boards have black marks and the agent said it is water damage. Only 3 floor boards get it done.
