Hello, Looking to have a fly screen installed, there are two parts to the instillation: Part 1: Install and attach 2 square aluminum posts (already purchased) to the existing window and window casing. Part 2: Installing the manual retractable fly screen. The fly screen installation will require removing the existing blinds, as it needs to sit behind the blinds. The blinds will need to be reinstalled upon completion of fly screen install. Please see the sketch attached for more information also photographs for context.

1 wooden leg has snapped off the stool at the base. It still fits into the hole, but probably isn't a glueable job. I'm keen to hear how this could be fixed - I'm most likely seeking someone in carpentry or furniture making to help me out.

Hello, I need a handyman for a few small jobs: -hang up 2x lights (photos attached) -Hang up 2x basic white blinds, 150x210 and take of the existing shutter blinds off the hinges -make a small hole for a cord to go through in a cupboard or take of the back of the cupboard instead (this is in the microwave cupboard) I could do Monday the 16th in the Morning ( I need to leave at 11:30am) or Tuesday the 17th.

We are looking to have custom fly screens made for three windows in our apartment asap. The design needs to be sympathetic with the existing aesthetic of the window. The window still needs to be able to open when the fly screen is attached. Ideally, the fly screen is detachable and able to be stored away over the winter. These windows are old and unable to be replaced, the maker, needs to work within these limitations. The existing window frames have no housing for mosquito screens, this job will also include designing and determining how to attach them. The frames are made of metal, there are a few locations where drilling to attach is possible. 2 windows are together as pictured 940 x 740mm 1 window is standalone. 1020 X 740 Looking to invest in an affordable, quality long term solution we can use for many years to come.

Earlier this year I arranged for someone to change the hinges on four internal doors (changed from silver to aged bronze hinges, to match the hardware in the rest of the apartment). The new hinges are Ball Bearing Hinges, they are not self-closing hinges. Ever since the new hinges were installed, two (of the four) doors do not stay in place when they are open and gradually swing back/forth. This didn’t happen with the previous hinges. I’m hoping someone can suggest a way this can be fixed? Note: I would prefer someone who has fixed this type of issue before. I CAN NOT remove the door frame, so please do not quote on task if that is the only suggestion. Only available Fridays and Saturdays.

Haier Wall unit air con might need re gas. 2 fridges are fairly new and working well but it would be good for you to have a look while you are here I have a tall ladder if need be.

I purchased a specialized shiv tt bike in January, attempted to attach it to an indoor trainer (Wahoo Kicker Core) and it fell off. This has resulted in some pieces bending and either needing straightening, or replacing, Specifically the hangar, and replacing the quick release skewer. I would also appreciate help attaching it correctly to the kickr core if you know how to do this.

Existing central ceiling lights in ceiling which we never use (as have down lights) to be replaced with 2 ceiling fans. Ceiling is concrete but wiring all there in central light we don’t use. Has own seperate light switch to down lights.. Fans have remotes but no wall cradle required. . No lights on fans . Parking on site. Must be qualified. Potts point area. Have had same installed in another room and very straight forward.

Built in wardrobe has 3 door hinges. The door is not shutting properly as it is off centre and it looks like the middle hinge is missing a small piece of metal that holds it together. Im not sure if this is a standard part. Looking for someone to fix the hinge and, if needed, replace the part. See photos (one shows a normal hinge and the other shows the one with the issue)
