I have a Stratco handy mate shed (HM06 - 2.91m X 1.47w) arriving late this week. The area has old pavers which I'm removing but the area will need a fresh concrete slab and the shed installed.

Secure a handrail back onto the wall using 12 screws. The task involves aligning the handrail with its original mounting points and ensuring it’s firmly attached for stability and safety. Please note that screws will need to be purchased, as they are not provided.

Replace existing ceiling fan (new one purchased). Light included, remote control switch. Replace outdoor light (new one purchased). Fix wiring in a light switch. Switch doesn’t stay in “on” position. Don’t know what price to put in request.

Insert (must be able to cut stone, engineered) and insert/connect electrical socket to stone bench. Can accept if through cupboard. Please offer price.

You will replace the door hinges of an Infrared Sauna. The front panel and door are glass. The glass door is dropping and not lining up properly which causes it to hit the bottom wood door frame. We want the glass door to be able to close properly. New hinges are available. We need an expert with experience fixing this type of issue.

POOL LIGHT Looking for a pool light, Aquaquip Evomax 12v LED IPX8 None of the local pool shops have one in stock. Hoping someone mobile may have one on board… won’t know if I don’t ask…

Few brics (around 8) were removed from the top of the brick structure, few of them are broken. Need someone to put them back and fix the structure. No Need for new bricks, just fix the existing ones.

I have two damaged shutters for plantation shutters repair and or replacement

I need a heated towel rail to my bathroom wall. Rail is plug in so does not need to be hardwired. It is a brick wall. Also need cable covering with cable cover supplied.

1. Hang a clothes dryer on a wall (bracket provided). 2. Hang a floating shelf (60CM) on a wall (shelf kit provided) 3. Glue 2 tiles to a wall and grout (tiles provided).

We need some bird spikes installed on our balcony. Small space, only about 5 metres long. Ladder required.

Back door is not shutting so may need sanding/plaining. Also has small crack in the wood which needs repairing to ensure frame is secure
