We are interested in having an external awning fitted (cantilevered), but are concerned there are not enough bricks to support the weight (76kg). There will be 3 courses of bricks above the awning at the north end and 5 bricks above the awning at the south end. Can anyone advise for a reasonable price?

We have two old blinds that need to be replaced. I already have two new ones ready to go but no power tools or ladder. One is ceiling height above a sink and the other is roughly head height. I've removed the old lower height blind but the old screws are too tough for me to undo.

I need a handy person to handle three jobs at my home. 1. Cut down and remove old broken hills hoist 2. Wall hang a clothes dryer to a brick wall 3. Fix an uneven front fly screen door, hinges might need some adjustments.

I need two leaky taps to be fixed and 6 holes to be drilled into a brick wall.

Need privacy screen fixed as the wind is strong and moves it about. Also need to mount tv 40inch on new brackets on wall.

I have a bedroom door that has the handle broken. I have the pieces so maybe able to be repaired or replaced. Door also needs planing to prevent this reoccurring.

The photo shows the location of gutter repair needed - just the bracket that has come loose so water is flowing into the neighbours courtyard rather than into the drain. Would require a large extension ladder.
