Fix sliding wire door Dog knocked it off the track and broke the rollers, they will need to be replaced too. Door doesn’t seem to be warped or broken in any way, just can’t roll on the track anymore.

I need the corner frame work cut out and replaced or repaired. The existing timber is rotten. The corner in question id the back right hand corner near the rear of the Avery. No need to worry about letting birds out, They cant get out at the moment. The the work is at my house, so I am flexible when you do it. Retaining wall in my Mum’s carport along her fenceline has partly collapsed & needs replacing asap. Date & time is flexible, budget is open (hence the $5 listing, we don’t know what this sort of thing costs) My Mum isn’t home until 2.30pm most days during the week, but the carport is accessible at all times. Wooden upholstered chair needs 1 leg reattached. The original dowel that attached the leg is broken. The broken dowel needs to be drilled out of the frame and the leg, a new dowel inserted and the leg reglued to the frame. - Due date: Flexible

Three kitchen drawers need repairing. Two have had the panel at the front come off, the other - the drawer track has failed and needs refixing. Screw to be put into dishwasher to attach to each side (works fine but tips forward when drawers pulled out to empty). If you have installed kitchen drawers before these will be quick jobs (I haven't so need someone who has) - Due date: Flexible
