We have a Venetian blind where the cord has broken on one side. It just needs rethreading. If this is your area of expertise, provision of the right blind cord would be appreciated. Otherwise, I can get hold of a new one today. The blind measures 83cm x 130cm.

The big A/C that cools the living area works ok to a point. But if I set temperature down to 20, then after an hour or two, it starts making a noise. The small A/C in my bedroom makes a gentler noise. Please can you check both. Maybe there is a filter or something that might need replacing? There is a similar room AC in the other bedroom. Whatever needs doing to one, likely may need doing to the other for maintenance.

Someone with own transport & tools (basic tools like circ saw, drill, angle grinder etc). Can work unsupervised & can communicate well so we can arrange jobs without me being present all the time. Can pay dayrate/hourly in cash to make it better for you. Jobs like plastering, painting, repairs, basic plumbing tap,toilet seat etc, replacing bulbs, basic tiling and whatnot.
