We’ve moved house and need some help hanging pictures. There’s 8-10 pics and all will use Velcro strips

My tenanted property in Coogee has developed an occasional leak as a result of an old rusted perforated gully at the front of the property. I need the gully replacing. Access is good, you shouldn't even need a ladder as your can access the roof from the carport which is elevated. I have a few pictures but happy to meet on site to view. Regards Chris

Replace light with ceiling fan

A cracking in the outdoor table due to the smoker being too hot. Need to fix the table and raise the smoker off the table.

Need someone to hang a framed print above the bed in the master bedroom. The print is ready to go with a wire on the back, and the wall is standard drywall, positioned under an air conditioner. Tools for secure hanging required. Quick, straightforward job in Coogee Beach.

I need 3-4 hours laboring help putting some back racks and a washing line on a wall. You will need to bring your own masonry drill for the washing line and bike racks. The remaining time is to assign moving building supplies from front of house to the back.

Take down 4 curtain rods and patch up the holes (potentially paint over the patched holes if necessary?) One curtain rod has fallen down and left a small hole in the wall which will need fixing too. Please see photo attached :)

We need to have 5 sheets of gyprock, all about 1 metre high, fully set and rendered. This is on internal walls of our apartment, in two seperate areas.

The chain has come off and needs to be repaired

I require two solid timber doors to be trimmed (bottom only) and rehung. We’ve installed a thicker pile carpet and the doors no longer fit. Both doors are already off their hinges.
