Had a series of unfortunate events with my poor Hyundai i30. The bottom bumper (I think) had dislodged. I’d like it if either: A) it’s bolted back in/on as the part is still whole B) completely removed so I can drive it until I can replace the part (leave part with me) or C) remove completely and replace (cost permitting) Please note: due to the nature of the damage I am unable to drive exceeding 50kmph. I have a few pieces of artwork that require hanging as walls and ceilings are high I can’t reach. I need cold halogen globes changed to warm ones as my home lights look like a 7-11. Looking for someone who has experience as a kitchen installer or similar. I have a wall unit/ bookcase where I need the two centre uprights moved outwards about 5 cm on each side to fit an A/C unit. The uprights are glued to the ceiling above and the cupboard, below. Lastly, I have five ‘soft close’ type cupboard hinges which need attachment and/ or adjustment. Basic tools and glue required.

Rail collapsed in cupboard. Tried to fix it myself as I’ve had success in the past not realising that cement is harder to drill through than wood 🙃. Left some small holes in the wall and hoping someone can fix my mistake. The next photos you would notice a so-so patch up job which I’ve since ruined with mg drilling. Our pole is also a bit short as the previous owner left it with a block to fill in the space.

I have Security Camera to be screw on the fascia under the gutter but you need a 8 meter ladder as is a two level townhouse. It’s only 6 timber screws which is supplied

Change and install 2 tapware in bathroom, The new backing plate might be a tad smaller, so might need to fill up some gaps in between. One is above the bathtub, another one is in the shower and needs to install shower pole.
