My sliding balcony door struggles to slide. Not derailed, so it looks like the wheels are jammed. Please help fix it. Located very close to Bunnings.

The roof timbers of our house have an air gap for ventilation under the eaves and this air gap has decaying corroded chicken wire that needs replacing. I’m seeking someone to provide their own safe ladder access to get to this zone, to remove and dispose of the existing old vermin mesh and supply and securely fix some galvanised vermin mesh in its place that can keep out pests (rats birds and possums). There is approximately 10.5 linear metres to be worked on each side of the house. (21m total) each gap is roughly 450mm x 120mm and there is approx 23 gaps on each side (46 gaps). The height off ground ranges from 4m to 3.5m. There is access on each side of the house suitable for a ladder visible from the photos. Only want people who have a good idea of what they’re doing please.

The wardrobe has come away from the wall but the wardrobe is fragile so I need someone to fix it back into the wall but cautious

One of our skirting boards is badly chipped and coming off the wall. I am hoping to get it replaced. The length of the skirting is 500mm. We can manage the painting ourselves. Also the conduit that encases our NBN has come off the wall. I've tried a couple of times to reaffix with double-sided table with no luck. I would be happy for it to be screwed into the wall, provided the screws were relatively small - the wall however is rendered brick. I would love someone to find a way to attach it to the wall. The length of the conduit is approximately 3800mm

Have a gazebo that was recently assembled but incorrectly put together and the top connections need to be changed. Should be too complicated I just assistance.
