We have a heavy stone sink that needs to be installed in our bathroom, and the old one removed. Access is easy. The sink is very heavy but where it is going is already reinforced.

Issue: My air conditioner is either leaking, or causing some condensation / moisture to pool around a nearby vent. This is causing a small pool of water to appear on the floor from the vent next to the fridge as shown in the photo. The paint around the vent is also showing signs of pooling, too. Quote: I want someone to: 1. Give me an assessment / diagnosis on the issue. Aim is to determine if it's a leak, condensation, or similar. From there, depending on the issue: 2A. If a leak: Fix the leak 2B. If condensation: Install a barrier or some sort of material in the ceiling to stop the condensation. 3. Touch up the paint around the vent to remove the discolouring Access: As you can see in the photos, the vent is up high on the ceiling, approx 3.5M high. So access via a tall ladder is critical. Expertise: I am looking for someone certified in air conditioner units or similar to complete this task.

The one last cabinet does not close smoothly and gets stuck and jammed halfway. Either the rail needs full replacement, or a new Drawer . I open and close the drawer a few times a day so will need a decent quality rail. Nb: The silver balls fell off the rail so will definitely need replacing
