I need 7 electric roller window shutters checked and serviced - technician needs to check for obvious issues, adjust,clean - basically get them running efficiently for new tenant. Note - the motors are in eves but they can be accessed by lifting roof tiles directly above. Only one has issue with it either only staying in up or down position.
