We have a heavy framed picture we need hung on our wall. We’ve tried command hooks but they are ultimately too weak and have caused the picture to fall. Open to ideas on how you could do it and keep it secure. We live in a rental so unfortunately we can’t make big holes in the wall. Thanks in advance!

Remove a wall in an old house. It is a low bearing wall so will need a beam across the top. The actual wall is fibro or wood and use to lead to the outside. Quite small. A few other jobs as well but this to start

Need Hardie Lattice or similar installed to cover the opening to the subfloor of house. 2 sections, one at the front and one at the back of the house. Front of the house is 35cm off the ground and about 250cm wide. Back of the house is 25cm off the ground and 250cm width. Neutral colour that will be painted later. Lattice to be supplied!
