Everything from painting to patch work, caulking, cleaning and hanging mirrors. A skilled problem solver. It is for a an apartment building located in Ultimo. Please quote for your best day rate that will be consistent and long term work for around 3-5 days a month. The price/budget shown is for a 4 hour half day to begin with.

I need assistance fixing two light sockets on my roof. The sockets turn on and off but no longer hold the bulbs in place properly. This may require replacing the units themselves. The bathroom door does not close all the way. It gets stuck about 10cm from the end. Right now you have to lift the door to close all the way. I need this fixed and back to normal.
