Small hole in plaster wall need to be fixed

My garage door is scraping as it opens and shuts. It used to do this infrequently but now it's happening every time. I believe the arm is worn on 1 side and something is slipping and coming out of alignment, as the door is opening/closing. There is a loud sound as I open/close the door as this bolt appears to move (only on 1 side). I've attached a specific photo of this bolt/arm and general photos. Looking to repair the arm/bolt and create movement without the door scraping.

Cover and plaster over a large holes left from wall heater removal, and very small hole left from aerial (to be removed). Gyprock plasterboard already onsite if needed, as well as a small amount of cement mix but more may be needed. Not required: sanding/painting

Need handyman to fix broken side gate as in the pictures and to replace exhaust fan

Cabinet protecting electrical switch board has broken as per photos and needs repair or replacement asap.

Small Kings 2kva generator, the revs fluctuate up and down and runs rough. Has less than 10 hours on it but out of warranty, anyone good with small engines and carbys?

I need 2 sections of plaster to be repaired/replaced. No need to paint. It got damaged from the roof tile falling on it. The damaged area is roughly about 60cmx40cm. Need the job done urgently. It is located in Watsonia North. Also, there is a small hole on the eave board cement sheets that needs to be touched up.

My garage door needs servicing and might need to change the flexible sealing strip as rain water is coming through underneath into the garage. It never happened before but the last one week water is coming through when it is raining heavily, and I found that there is a gap under the sealing strip. Install Auto solar gate openers. Drill and Mount the Actuators on the brick pillars and the gates. Feed cable under driveway through pre existing conduit.
