Need a handyman to install wire mesh on the gutters. The mesh shall be screwed to the roof panels and the fascia. It is to stop possums getting in the roof. Screw every 300-400 mm. Roof panels are aluminum and easy to screw self tapping batten screws. Also need to remove the leaves from the gutters before the mesh goes on. The roof is flat and the house is one story only. (Access via ladder). I will supply a role of mesh ( 1000 mm wide) you will need to cut some 300 mm width of the mesh role to install. The mesh is 1.2 mm wires. So very easy to cut. I will supply screws as well. Totally around 50 m of gutters ( includes some 3-4 meters of lower roof that needs to be covered as well) If interested, give me an offer based on hourly or lump sum

The house is single story and has aluminum panel eaves and fascia all around. Some of the panels have lost their nails or screws and are loose. Need to get them all screwed back to timber, tidy up and make good and make sure there is no holes left. Confident and Efficient Handyman required for odd jobs at a house in Watsonia. I need someone who knows what to do and can fix it with no fuss. Here are the issues (pictures attached): -Kitchen drawer is missing a handle. Any functional replacement handle will do. -Oven seal is peeling off. Requires fixing or a new seal. -The plastic weight on the blind in bedroom number 2 has ripped off. Probably requires a whole new blind. -Outdoor bungalow has a sliding door. The lock is not locking (may need to be replaced) and the wheels on the sliding door are broken. -There appears to be rotten wood underneath the carpet in bedroom 2. Need to pull back the carpet and check if it's rotten wood or termites. Needs a replacement floorboard for the rotting piece. If you think you can fix all these, please contact me!
