After someone to sand our outdoor deck (4100 x 6000mm) + small additional areas (2000 x 1500), 1 x side. Note, new timber does not need sanding. Deck has already been cleaned with a pressure hose and deck cleaner. Nails have been punched in. BYO sander / any other required materials.

Painting (single coat only) gutters and fascia boards shown in the images. Changing from blue to Monument Grey. I have already painted areas that I can reach, and this job is to complete the high areas that I cannot reach. Paint will be supplied by me. Light clean required before painting.

Strip wallpaper and all adhesive from walls in 2 bedrooms in preparation for the walls to be painted. Ideally to be completed between 31 May - 3 June.

Before selling, the old owners repainted the interior and exterior of the house. In doing so the painters have painted three main windows shut. We have tried a Stanley knife but will need a Professional to take a look. I believe it is doable with a Stanley knife or similar tool. We would preferably not like the paint stripped completely.
