Find an experienced local painter in Croydon Hills

I have about 10 colour bond sheets and 10 clear sheets that formed part of roofing for my decking area. I need them to be removed. I can not do it as I don’t own a drill nor ladder. The sheets can be left at my house.

I’m looking for a professional job to lightly sand or clean current deck then tape up edges and stain my merbau deck. I will provide the stain and tape.

Paint 10 indoor doors a door frames. I will provide the paint.

We have installed a new pinewood lining-board ceiling for our cathedral ceiling. All boards are pre-primed. Must fill all nail holes and board-end joins in advance to provide a smooth finish. Approx 110-115 sqm metres. All one colour (something close to white.) I have a dining/living area that needs to be made into two bedrooms. Needs one long wall approx 6m, 1 shorter wall to divide the rooms, and doors in each. I have included a pic of the space from the sale ad. I currently have cabinets and blinds as walls so doesn’t look flash! I have very many jobs that need to be done over time as the budget allows! Plaster up a garage sand and get ready for paint.

2 story house req pressure clean and paint over front entry only. approx 3-4 metres wide by 6-7 metres high. Also possible minor gutter repair.

Person familiar and expertise in patching tiles, touching up grout in between tiles and has the required tools to then spray paint the bathroom tiles.
