The wooden panel of the laundry door is weathered. Need to sand down and paint it with ceramic paint

the floor boards of the verandah require a new cost of paint or protection varnish to maintain the boards, facilitate cleaning and improve appearance. Measurements and photos can be provided on request.

I will supply the paint (or pay separately for the paint). Our back fences need painting before landscaping works commence.
