Replace 1x tile if needed and reapply silicone sealant around bathroom and laundry fixtures to prevent water ingress. Painting: Touch up paint in areas where repairs were made (weatherboards, door frames, bathroom walls).

I need a larger window to have the gap between the window-frame and the brick/building frame to be sealed up. Needs to be done to both the interior and exterior sides. Will likely require foam filling and caulk.
