The total area is 2m x 2m = 4m square. The area is 8 to 10 metres above ground. Work will necessitate scissor platform or extension ladder, etc. Expected turnaround: 1 day. Context: Warehouse apartment in MacRobertson factory, Rose St Fitzroy.

Our house is a little rental and the previous tenants appear to have left spray paint on the bath like they tried to paint it. We have scrubbed 90% off but it really needs someone who can use some elbow grease and bring a strong sander or an electric one. Possibly a paint remover I’m not sure, I was told the bath will need refinishing afterwards with a bath quality enamel or the like. Looking for a professional with a great knowledge of bathtubs

We have some graffiti on the exterior second floor wall above the awning on our shop front that we need painted over and the windows given a clean. We will supply the paint (Dulux Klute), you will need to bring a long ladder to get onto the awning from the street as there is no access out of upstairs windows. Owners at a 3 storey warehouse apartment conversion in Rose St Fitzroy are seeking painters to paint the 3 storey brick building in a matte sealant. This may require 2 and possibly 3 coats. We are looking for very experienced professional house painters who can also organise the necessary equipment to reach walls that are approx. 12 metres high on 3 sides; approx lengths 40 x 30 x40 metres.

I have two window frames that need preparing and paining in a white semigloss. They’re prefabricated wood and the contractors painted the outsides but not the insides. There are few little gaps that need filling to make them presentable, but basically in original prefabricate state with nothing but a very light undercoat on them.
