Wood is treads and risers of old stairs. No need to fill or repair. Pre-stripped of paint on all but one plank. 7 x risers at 88 x 17 7 x treads at 88 x 26 2 x planks at 240 x 20 Note: on long planks, ONLY top part needs sanding, triangular pieces will be cut away by me later. Please see pictures including one of a competed/painted combo so you can see I’m not too fussy with finish. Just rough over all sand please followed by a finer grit to get it level I can fill and paint straight away. Thanks! Our house is a little rental and the previous tenants appear to have left spray paint on the bath like they tried to paint it. We have scrubbed 90% off but it really needs someone who can use some elbow grease and bring a strong sander or an electric one. Possibly a paint remover I’m not sure, I was told the bath will need refinishing afterwards with a bath quality enamel or the like. Looking for a professional with a great knowledge of bathtubs

Paint one bed apartment all rooms

We have some graffiti on the exterior second floor wall above the awning on our shop front that we need painted over and the windows given a clean. We will supply the paint (Dulux Klute), you will need to bring a long ladder to get onto the awning from the street as there is no access out of upstairs windows. (would probably suit 2 people for safety reasons).

I have two window frames that need preparing and paining in a white semigloss. They’re prefabricated wood and the contractors painted the outsides but not the insides. There are few little gaps that need filling to make them presentable, but basically in original prefabricate state with nothing but a very light undercoat on them.
