My small one bedroom rental apartment has lots of gaps through which pests are coming in. I need them closed.

Around 6 walls with light to moderate cracks need plastering and sanding for presentation, cleaned up afterwards

Hello painters, As you can see in photo most of these walls the paint is old and dirty. I'd like a fresh paint job before the next person moves in. Please be aware there are a lot of wooden trims which will need attention and experience. Kitchen area has some small areas to paint aswell. bathroom will need a revamp. Someone experienced bring a bathroom back to life. All paint I will supply. Please let me know what we need. I hav an festool orbital sander many pads and sanding blocks. I have a few rolls of painting tapes. Much appreciated anyone willing to take on the job.

Simple smooth tape and trowelling with cornice cement to cover up spots where plaster ceiling sheets have separated from the plaster wall. Ground floor, five rooms, only one wall per room. We can provide ladder, trowel and if necessary, the cement. No return visit to sand or paint needed, just smooth finishing. We have three sections of wall that need painting after recent tenants. One section is a ten metre long hallway and three other sections of wall one about 10 metres long and two sections that are just a couple of metres.
