I've got a loungeroom, dining room, kitchen and hallway pine floorboards that I'd like to get sanded and sealed. Lounge, dining and kitchen are one big room 9m x 4.2m and the hallway is approx 5m x .9. We'd like it sealed again in a light clear. Any day would be fine, we'll work in with it.

SCOPE OF WORK: Frankston North 3200 1.Paint a small timber decking wash prepare and paint 2 coats/ 2.paint a small cement floor and 3 steps, at the entrance to the house, 2 x 3 meters, 3.clean some cobwebs external to the house, near windows, Eava sheets need ladder for this, 4. paint small iron bar at the entrance has some corrasion, spray rust proof provided then clean, after spraying apply two coats white paint provided. one day's work starts at 8.00 am or 9.00 am the tasks MUST be done within the time frame.

Supply dulux white on white interior house paint and paint house in semi gloss or something with high sheen- concrete substrate walls i am after a shine and not a matt finish. 2 bedrooms and architraves and 1 room and hallway - Due date: Flexible
