Once finished - paint all the walls, ceiling, trim & doors (front & back). Note: matching paint - will be supplied.. Laundry room dimensions: 3*2.5m (2.4m tall).

A contractor previously damaged the manhole area and attempted to fix it, but the job was not done properly. The surface is uneven, and a small crack is still visible. Looking for a professional to: • Sand/plaster the area to make the surface smooth and even. • Repaint the area (paint is already provided) to restore it to its original condition. No need for color matching—just make it look neat and clean. Let me know your availability!

Need back fence painted approx 30m fence length inc gate. Gate section paint front and back. Section of fence partially spray painted but will need another coat/ touch up. I’ll supply the paint and have spray gun if needed.
