New build March 2024. Decking hasn’t been touched since then. Prep & water based oil. Roughly 25m2. We’ve also noticed nails coming through the timber if this can be dealt with too.

Paint timber fence in black (backyard & sides of house). Paint and equipment needs to be provided. Height: 1.9m Length back: ~13m Length side: ~15m

Two TV brackets being removed on 3rd Feb. Holes will be puttied up but need them sanded & walls repainted. One wall 1.5x3m and one 4x3m. Need to match & provide paint.

Looking for someone to sand it and then stain our small deck (304x352cm). We would like to retain the current colour, but have it consistent rather than patchy as it is now. Can you please provide your own tools and include the cost of the oil/stain in your quite. Timing is flexible. Thank you

We had our balcony re waterproofed and tiled. During the removal of the old tiles some of the exterior cladding was impacted and broken off. We’re not looking for a perfect match in colour just a tidy up and patch job of the areas that are exposed. I will most likely paint over it anyway so will just require the repair work done. The tiles can be popped up as they sit on pods.

Curtain rod was removed so there are few spots on the wall which needs a paint touchup. We have a left over paint - Due date: Flexible

My neighbour has small water damage patches on her ceiling from a leak in my air conditioner. She has the original paint and we need someone to repair and paint the two patches - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 3 October 2023
