Restore the deck by peeling the paint, cleaning , sanding it, pressure wash and then apply stain or paint.

Sanding smooth a room approx 5300mmx3600mm. Sanding to include ceiling, cornice, walls, skirts, window frame and front door frame. Cornice to be hand sanded (half of cornice in room has already been completed). 120 grit sand paper to be used. Plastic pole sander for ceiling. Square electric sander for walls. Square and mouse electric sander for window, door frames, skirts and hand sanding where electric sanders won't fit. Sandpaper, pole hand sander, electric square sander, mouse sander, vacuum and ear muffs all supplied. You will just need to supply your own mask (and any other PPE you prefer to wear). I expect the window frame by itself to take a minimum of 3 hours.

I have a really small job of sanding and painting the architrave in a wardrobe. We just had new sliding doors installed and no one along the way when I had a house full of tradies told me that this bit of wood would need to be taken off in order to put in the sliding doors.🤬 I'm at the end of a long renovation and the thought of sanding and painting anything does my head in so if someone's got a spare hour to sand, put undercoat, and then paint, I am more than happy to pay for the job.
