I've got a few small holes which needs to be filled. About 15 plasterboard holes, and 3 in the outdoor hebel walls.

A deck 6.2 meter by 15.8 meter in backyard and a part located on the side of the house ( small part not sure about size; check the photo of plan) to be restored by pressure washing, sanding ( or any other method), coating etc. Please detail your offer and include materials and labour. I am flexible with timing as its not urgent. Can be done by end of March.

Need carport to be painted 5.5m x 5.5m 2 coats. Paint supplied …

To paint blackberry with blackberry specific poison on an embankment that has just been cleared. Approximate area is 100m squared 4m x 15m rectangle plus a 2m x 20m path. Contractor to supply the blackberry specific poison, PPE, and any mixing/painting devices. Have animals and kids so don’t want it to be sprayed.

Need to stain front deck and side landing with steps. Also need to tighten metal wires on railings. Pictures attached.

Remove old paint and re paint railing and a pillar. Paint a front door. Paint colour - keeping it the same. But if you have a an abundance of good paint I would consider changing the colour if it suits 🙂

Need someone to paint one room .one coat to ceiling , one coat to wall . Just partially need undercoat

Require one small room to be painted with one coat. Ideal date would be Wednesday next week 30th October. Painting of walls only.

Deck needs power sanding before staining. Approx 30sq metres. Previously stained see pics .

Ceiling is L shaped with one being 8m x 4m and the other 3m x 2m. Total area is 38 sq meters. Height is 2.4 m and is painted white but needs to be done again. 2 coats are required. We have the paint and the mould additive .

One side of a shed tin roof, and gutter, see pics. To be thoroughly pressure cleaned (it's full of leaves etc) and painted in colorbond basalt. Steep roof, approx 6m wide x 3-3.5m deep. Tasker to advise if paint and materials is included in quote please. Aiming for week commencing 21st Oct most likely.

We are getting down lights put in down stairs. So repairing where old light were plus a few patch ups. We have high ceilings in one area Plus a few repairs into walls

Eaves require repainting on the front and left face of property. Some parts will need sanding and prepping due to water logging and cracked paint. See photos. Please use own tools, but Paint will be supplied.

Will need to sand the paint the decking floor. The area is about 3.3m*6.0m. Thank you.
