Looking for a tradesman to install new Hardie Flex eaves around my weatherboard following the removal of old ACM ones. Circa 35m of eaves, 450cm wide plus quad mouldings one the fascia side. Photos attached of existing eaves. No painting required.

All Internal doors require painting. Architraves and around window doors and frames. ceiling to be painted Repair to wood work of door frame as my Staffie went crazy when I left her inside as she wanted to get out. There maybe replacement of cornace one side in bedroom Will provide the paint.

Hi, i want to plaster the ceiling in my garage. Size is 6 m x 3.40m. Also looking at insulating it (i.e. supply and install bats as part of plastering). To include joins and cornice (no painting). Cheers

I've just had the carpets on my stairs removed and will need someone to help sand, repair holes (where needed)and repaint them. I want them to be painted white again to match the handrails, but I'm not sure what's the exact shade of white. If you could come by and have a look before driving to Bunnings (5 mins away) to get the paint required, that would be greatly appreciated. You will also need to remove the spike strips left from removing the carpets.

I removed BIRs and behind the robes are unfinished walls that need the corners joined and the wall prepped ready for painting. The walls are very high (3+ metres)

Need a labourer for sanding architraves, walls and skirtings

Remove old paint/stain, power rinse/clean, sand (if required/raised grain) and oil outdoor deck, posts and hand rails (see photos). I’ll supply wood stripper, stain and oil (Cutek). Deck size 8mx3m (24sqm) 8x posts Please provide a detailed offer and include all tools/equipments to complete the job. Posts and hand rails had one coat oil applied when installed, but no stain/UV added. Steps shown on the photo are not included, as it’s getting repaired and will be oiled at that time. Thanks.

Hi guys, I need your help to paint. Repost as previous painter can’t do early. Small eave area at the front and back -minor chips on door frame and window frame -main door -fill and paint hinge marks (8) as I remove old door and replace it with sliding door previously -remove 2 doors and fill hinge marks, paint marks Main house -4 beds, 1 bath, hall ways, 1 kitchen (wall and ceiling) -natural white for wall and white for ceiling. -another bath just need ceiling touch up and 1 coat, same for new toilet window (minor touch up) Converted Garage bungalow 5.8x5.6 -2 small bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 small living. Paint match is required. Front garage -there is small area paint faded and chip, need touch up. And small area on cement render (triangle) need paint. Cream color -maybe 1 coat to the side of garage (same color) to make it look better. House is still furnished but I can help you move some heavy items.
