I recently installed new gyprock on the underside of a balcony, I need to have it plastered before I paint it. The size of the ceiling is about 2m x 5m. The price must include labour AND materials.

Painting touch ups (paint provided) and tidying some glue between wall and desk + making some board tables more sturdy.

I have a small office that needs some paint touch ups on the wall - paint supplied. There is also some glue recently applied to fix up some tables and it's left some residue (attached) that they would like tidied up or covered. I also have large boardroom desks in a Hot Desk office that are apparently a little wobbly so would like their sturdiness checked and addressed.

Area that needs cleaning is 3.3 x 1.5 metres of ceilling & cornice, the mould is not very bad, not black, see 2 photos

I need someone to sand down a total of seven wooden window frames to prepare them for painting. 5 regular windows and 2 bay windows. The sanding can be done either by hand or using a machine. The task is only for sanding and preparation; it does not include painting. The goal is to have the frames ready for me to paint over once the sanding is completed.

We recently installed floor boards and fitted the old skirting boards. They need a bit of touch up. Already paint matched and purchased 2 litters of paint. You need to bring fillers. Any other material will be reimbursed.
