Apprx 42 m2 of mostly vertical Merbau decking and bench seat . Required 2 passes with sander - one sand with 40 grit and second coat with 120 grit or higher. Will require a detail sander to also sand leading edges between each row of timber and hard to reach places . I have started the bench seat which is around 2/3 complete and made progress on the next day all. So your not really doing the full 42m2. I have two belt sanders and a detail sander if required .
